All orders will be printed within 1-2 business days of your successful order (meaning we have confirmed receipt of the order). For the print on the Acrylic block, please allow 1-2 more days.

During peak occasions or during promotions, when orders are high, please give us more time.

All orders are printed and sent from Ho Chi Minh City, please consider this when choosing your shipping and delivery method. Shipping and delivery time depends on your delivery location and the terms and service policy of the carrier (3rd party).

If you need to order/in stock by a certain date, please contact us directly as soon as possible to confirm the information.

Please note: orders returned to us due to incorrect information will be subject to additional shipping charges for shipping to the alternate address.
