How will My picture fit the block?
Our experts will professionally crop your photo to fit your chosen block. If for any reason your photo doesn’t fit perfectly, we will contact you directly.
We also ask you to indicate in the notes section, if you would prefer your picture cropped in a particular way. If we have trouble with your request we will contact you before we print.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BAMBOO AND PINE?
We work extra hard to bring you thicker blocks that do not require the use of plastic stands. The result is a solid block that looks and feels exactly how we believe it should: Outstanding, unique and extra special.

Shipping fee depends on your route and address, as determined by the shipping unit.
Our blocks also love to be hung! We recommend the 3M COMMAND Picture Hanging strips. These are Velcro’s that attach to the wall and block. They can be easily moved and don’t cause any damage to the walls.
Alternatively, if you would like to hang them using nails, Bunnings, Coles & Woolworths have a large range of options available. Be sure to follow the instructions on the back of the packet.
Is my photo suitable for printing on wood?

What is the difference between pine and bamboo wood?
The main difference between the pine block print and the bamboo block print is mainly in aesthetics. Both of these materials are of really good quality and their prints are almost identical. However bamboo prints can have a bit more opacity than pine prints with very fine grains. The surface of the pine block may be slightly smoother, however due to the nature of the wood, you will also sometimes see small grains through the print.
Usually people choose based on preference. Some may like the rusticity of pine, some people like the sleek, luxurious wood of bamboo because it has a beautiful grain and pattern on the side.
Can my photos taken with my phone be used?
Definitely yes! Most of our wooden blocks are printed from the photos taken by the customer’s phone. All images are edited by our image processing experts before printing. If we find that there is a problem with the quality or composition of the photo, we will contact you directly.
My photos are downloaded from social networks, can I use them?
Photos downloaded from social networks are usually fine, but the quality will not be as high as the original photos. Facebook and Instagram reduce the quality of photos to make the file size smaller. So ideally, if you can send original photos from your phone or camera, the image quality will be guaranteed. If you are not sure, Email us your photo and we will check.
